Our Managing Partner, Medi Abbis, has over 30 years of experience in Public Accounting and private industry. He has extensive experience advising clients and providing management and business advisory services, tax planning, tax preparation, bookkeeping, audits, reviews, compilations, technical accounting research, financial reporting, IPO and M&A. Our business philosophy is based on building close, trusting relationships and offering our clients more than just “the facts and figures”. Operating from our Orange County office in Irvine, California.
Medi provided his services to wide range of companies from SEC/publicly traded multi billion dollars and multinational with international operations, to small business and high net worth individuals in diversified industries. Some of these industries are technology, life science, medical, media & entertainment, telecommunications, manufacturing, engineering, retail, real estate services, and other professional services .
Medi was the Partner-in-Charge of CFO Advisory Services practice for SquarMilner (Currently merged with Baker Tilly) , one of the top nation-wide public accounting firms. Prior to SquarMilner, Medi held a number of Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President roles for publicly traded and privately held companies. He worked in public accounting for more than 15 years and held senior management positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ernst & Young and Deloitte.
